About Us

History
     
CR Willcocks & Company ltd. was first established in 1964 when the company took over the Ford franchise from Reeds in Totnes. Then company then moved to Kingsteignton over forty years ago, and quickly became one of the largest retaliers of its type in the region.

In 1984 two employees bought out the company they then decided to retire in 1994 and the opportunity was given to three members of staff to buy them out. The new CR Willcocks you see today was formed, with a 95 years knowledge of the company between them. In December 2006 they relocated to the current site in Heathfield and this year celebrate 47 years as a Ford/New Holland dealer.
     
After Sales Service      
     
CR Willcocks, one of the largest retailers of their type in the region have since the management buy-out over forty years ago improved the after sales service on its already excellent reputation.
     
Seasonal Call Out Service      
     
The introduction in the early nineties of an out of hours service enables our customers to call on our engineers out of normal working hours.
So if there is a breakdown or an important piece of equipment needed, our customers can rely on CR Willcocks to get it going. We pride ourselves on nothing being too much trouble, and our service to be of the highest standards.
     
New Products      
     
At present the company employs over 28 members of staff all of which bring a wealth of experience and expertises spanning many years. Our fitters and parts personnel are regularly updated on new products under the New Holland banner.
We are always looking to bring in new products and servcies to our customers and look forward to providing you with exceptional level of service.
