UK Postage
CR Willcocks aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 24 hours of receiving your order and clearance of payment. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. CR Willcocks are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock. Please note that ordering of Kab Seating can take up to an extra 6 weeks for delivery if out of stock at our depot.
Items ordered via the website are sent either via FedEx or Royal Mail Tracked.
Delivery charges are worked out through the weight of the order.
Delivery charges set for mainland UK (not including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland ) are as follows; orders are sent via FedEx for £7.85. It is the same price up to a maximum of 20kg. For any orders over 20kg please contact us for a quote.
Delivery charges set for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are sent via Royal Mail tracked service, with prices starting at £12.00
If you have not received your items within 21 days of ordering please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Collection from our depot is also available free of charge, and is available as an option when you go through to the checkout. If you choose this option we will notify you once the order is available to collect.

Cancelations
If you are not happy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your products.
If you are retuning the any items to us due to being unwanted you will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to CR Willcocks or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.
All items returned to CR Willcocks must be packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and these result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, CR Willcocks shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please follow our returns authorisation procedure by contacting CR Willcocks by email or phone. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item. Please notify CR Willcocks of the problem in writing as soon as possible and preferably within 28 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
